John S. Grant IV
Appellate and Trial Attorney
I am an experienced Mississippi attorney, who regularly practices before our state Supreme Court and Court of Appeals. On appeal, skilled writing is essential, and I consider this one of my strengths. I also understand the appellate process and know how to effectively argue an appeal. Throughout my career, I have worked on many types of appeals. These include appeals in our firm’s main practice areas, but also other areas such as premises liability, workers’ compensation, criminal law, and medical malpractice.
As a trial attorney, my practice includes family law, wills and estates, and real estate. I know these cases often involve the most important issues in people’s lives, and I never lose sight of that. I always strive to help clients achieve their goals and lessen the fear and stress they may feel about navigating the legal system and courtroom. I have a passion for the type of work I do and am sincerely devoted to my clients.
